Science Fiction

I've always enjoyed reading science fiction books and watching science fiction movies, perhaps because I envisioned myself as being related to one of the giants of the original genre; A.E. Van VOGT. I guess I would classify myself as an avid (as opposed to rabid) sci-fi fan. I've attended, and even worked on, sci-fi conventions; I watched Flash Gordon as a kid; I am an unabashed fan of all the StarTrek and StarWars vehicles; I got to attend the pre-preview showing of StarTrek: Generations while I was back in the DC area on business the year it came out; and have apparently finished reading the seemingly endless collection of paperback StarWars trilogies. Heck, I even enjoyed Attack of the Killer Tomatoes and Plan 9 from Outer Space, and also watch StarTrek: Enterprise faithfully!!!
