[MY EMAILTO WHICH THIS WAS A REPLY:I don't have the soon-to-visit visitor, Declan CARROLL, in my database. Can you or Carol give me his lineage (parents names, grandparents names, etc) so I can find out where to add him?]

His father, Dermot, died accidentally in 1984 or 1985. He was the son of Gerald Carroll, my mother's brother. Dermot married Peggy (Costello?) back in the 1970's The had five children before Dermot died. Gerald, Declan and Fergal (the boys) and Evelyn and Aine, (the girls). The girls went to Coloiste Ide (the Gaelic school in Dingle, where Sister Cecilia taught). Declan's grandparents on the Carroll side............ Gerald Carroll and Sheila (I can't come up with her maiden namae. It may be in your data base. Or Carol may remember.) Mother's parents......... Costellos? Declan's great grandparents........ Jeremiah (Jerry the Major) Carroll and Ellen Fitzgerald. That's on the Carroll side. Jerry, the Major had a brother, John, the Major (of course). Somewhere there come the Crowleys and the McGraths.

      Any help? Fr. Tom
