Lower Work Done, Start The Upper Deck Work (Early Sep 2002)

With the completion of the support posts and lattice, most of the work on the lower portion of the deck was complete. Now I started the upper portion, which involved replacing the railings and the decking boards itself. First came the railings, and this is a view of the hole in the north-west corner of the deck with the old railing post and railing removed.
