Hello from a non-computer geek! I am totally a right-brain, creative type. At this point in my life my main interests are nutrition and alternative medicine, and working with my best pal, my dog Buddy. He keeps me happy because a day doesn't go by that I don't laugh at something he does. He also keeps me fit with all the walking a growing lab/shepherd mix pup needs!

I'm also working up to becoming a quilter. I love the old traditional quilts and the new wonderful fabrics. Yet, alas, I have yet to to sew a single stitch! "Sew," that's all for now, folks!
