Warren Academy scholarships (by vote of the Trustees of the Warren Academy): These scholarships are to be awarded to those in the high honor group on the basis of class rank, excluding any student receiving $5,000 or more in other scholarship assistance. If necessary, for the completion of these awards, students in the honors group are to be selected the same basis.

Marshall Tidd award: Two awards of $40 each to be awarded annually to a boy and to a girl in the senior class. The awards are made not only on a scholastic basis but also on a record of personal qualities as a school citizen. The will of Marshall Tidd reads in part, "They need not be of the highest scholarship, but must be of the highest manly and womanly character."
